WHAT IS NVYSL?
NVYSL is the Northern Valley Youth Soccer league. It is a recreational youth soccer league with teams from local communities in the Lehigh Valley.
WHAT IS THE SLSL Northern Valley Program?
Southern Lehigh Soccer (SLS) Club is one of twenty clubs that compete in the NVYSL. Our program is geared for players aged 10 to 19 years old. There are no tryouts. Everyone plays. Our program focuses on player development – both physical and mental. We foster confidence, teamwork and good sportsmanship through friendly competition. MOST OF ALL WE HAVE FUN.
Many of our coaches have played at the intramural, interscholastic, high school, and collegiate levels. Many continue to play in local adult leagues. All are dedicated to providing an enjoyable, fun, and stress-free environment for our players to grow. All are volunteers. Why do we do it? We do it because we love teaching kids and we love the sport.
We have two seasons throughout the year. Our Fall season begins in September and runs through the middle of November. Our Spring season begins in April and runs through the middle of June.
